Dear all VLE'S
If your morpho is whitelisted but still does not work, follow the steps given below:
Note: Morro will now run on every browser, Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
Put the latest Chrome / Firefox into the system so there is no problem.
Step 1: Uninstall following
Go to the control panel in the system - Morpho Driver - Cbm Morpho File - Rd services Driver - Install the Eicher Biometric Driver (before installing it) Firstly uninstall all these software and restart the computer.
Note: Whether or not the Java system is in the system does not matter.
Step 2: Install following
After deleting all the software you have to put the software according to turn, Links: firstly
1. Microsoft DotNet FrameWork Download
And restart the computer
2. Morpho / Biometric Driver Download
Restart the computer
3. RD services Driver Download
4. ECS Biometric Driver Download
Restart the system after installing all these software.
Then you can do eKYC related services with Morpho / Biometric device, in any browser.
